Halloween is just a couple of weeks away, and there is no shortage of Halloween celebrations in the Milwaukee area. If you’re looking to get in the spooky spirit this October, check out these festive events in our area!
1. Boo at the Zoo – Milwaukee Zoo
This family-friendly event is happening October 19-22 and includes a Trick-or-Treat Trail, pumpkin-carving demonstrations, light shows and, of course, animals! Show off your Halloween costume and have a spooktacular time!
2. Halloween Hauntings – Milwaukee Public Museum
Halloween Hauntings is an all-ages event happening on October 27-28! Enjoy trick-or-treating through Museum exhibits, go on a ghost tour, make a spooky craft, hear “scary” stories, and so much more!
3. Haunted Mini Golf – Nine Below MKE
Calling all young adults! Sip on spooky cocktails while trying your hand at the spookiest round of mini golf you’ve ever played! Stop by October 19-22 and 26-31 for a scary good time!
4. Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee – Red Arrow Park
This Halloween festival is put on by WaterStone Bank on October 28! Enjoy free pumpkin painting and pumpkin carving, live musical performances, spooky stories, a costume parade and more!
5. Third Ward Ghost Walk – Milwaukee Public Market
Get in the spooky spirit October 20-21 and 27-28 on the Third Ward Ghost Walk which departs from the Milwaukee Public Market and delves into Milwaukee’s history of Irish gangsters and mafia operations and tours the city’s paranormal past.
