A DATE WITH YOUR AGENT

  • Plan a meeting with your agent 

  • Typically, these meet-ups happen right at your home, the star of the show.

UP CLOSE & PERSONAL

  • It's time to personally connect with your agent.

  • Take a stroll together through your home.

  • Share the unique features that make your home special.

SETTING THE RIGHT PRICE

  • Your agent will have a list of comparable properties that have sold around the area and will go through them with you

  • The agent will recommend the properties value and together, you both will set an appropriate list price

THE PROCESS BEGINS

  • At this point you know what to expect and you’re fully ready for showings and all marketing efforts that we have planned with you. 

CLOSING DAY

  • All contingencies of the accepted offer are satisfied!

  • We will let you know where closing is and everything you need to bring. 

  • You sign the remaining documentation 

ACCEPTING AN OFFER

  • We accept an offer from a buyer 

  • If the accepted offer has any contingencies in it we will explain what needs to be done to meet these

  • You know what to expect up until the closing date
