With 40 years in the industry, Dave is a true real estate expert ready to guide you on your sale or purchase. He is a trusted adviser with a strategic and analytical mind, and specializes in lake/luxury homes, condos, apartments and commercial buildings.
Dave is married to his wife, Kathy, and is joined on the team by children David and Jessie. Dave has been a Little Muskego Lake resident for 27 years and enjoys pontoon rides, fishing, time with grandchildren & traveling.

Kathy has been in the real estate industry for 30 years (and even grew up around real estate – her mom was a full-time agent!). She specializes in residential/luxury homes, condos, multi-families, and vacant land. She is a high-energy and detail-oriented agent, and prides herself on her attentiveness and quick responses with clients.
Kathy has lived on Little Muskego Lake with her husband, Dave, for 27 years. She enjoys family time with her two granddaughters, bonfires, game nights, pontoon rides, walks and bike rides. She is a member of St. Leonard’s Church in Muskego, and as a regular contributor to the Children’s Miracle Network and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, she has a passion for giving back to the community.

David was born into real estate and was fortunate to receive guidance and mentorship from his parents, Dave and Kathy. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from UW-La Crosse, David transitioned onto the family team and quickly leveraged innovation and cutting-edge technology to elevate the client experience. He understands that each client’s journey is unique and prides himself on tailoring his approach to those specific needs, cultivating strong and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, David lives an active and dynamic lifestyle. When the summer sun shines, you can often find him wakeboarding, and in the winter months, he eagerly hits the slopes for downhill skiing adventures. Committed to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle, David regularly dedicates time to his fitness regimen, embracing workouts that keep him energized and focused. Beyond his personal pursuits, he cherishes quality moments spent with his two nieces. David is thrilled to carry forward the illustrious legacy of The Birkle Group, a name that has held high standards in the real estate industry for over four decades.

Jessie has been selling real estate alongside her family since 2021, but has been immersed in the industry since childhood. She specializes in residential properties, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, new construction, and waterfront properties. Jessie is dedicated to selling her clients’ homes quickly and at top dollar, and prides herself on fulfilling her clients wants, needs and budget requirements when purchasing a home. She wants her clients to feel confident when selling or buying, and understands the importance of getting to know her clients on a personal level and listening to what matters most to them.

In her free time, Jessie enjoys hiking, boating, skiing, being outdoors and traveling with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Matt, and together they have a one-year-old daughter, Frankie.
